Faulty goods, any item's deemed to be in an 'unsuitable' or damaged condition will be replaced on a 'like for like' basis. Please note that we will not refund payment of the item, but we will be happy to replace the item. However we may ask to see proof of damage or ask for the return of the item's before a replacement is issued.
Please note that we check that every item is in good order and undamaged before it is posted out to you.
Transit damage, any goods damaged in transit will only be replaced if the damage occurs as a result of insufficient or unsuitable packing of the item/item's by ourselves.
We take no responsibility for any damage caused by or as a result of actions by the postal carriers. We be happy to assist you in making a claim against the carriers for compensation or replacement of the goods.
